Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• A visa is required prior to entry for most African nationalities.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Republic of Turkey and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into Turkey. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of immigration authorities.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
