The safari capital of East Africa.
Kenya is where the African safari was invented — and it still sets the standard. The Maasai Mara delivers the Big Five and the Great Migration; Amboseli frames elephants against Mount Kilimanjaro; Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru offer rift-valley birding and rhino sanctuaries. Pair the wildlife with a beach finish on the Indian Ocean coast — Diani, Watamu, or Lamu — and you have the perfect ten-day Africa programme. Our Nairobi office runs ground operations directly, which means real prices and real flexibility.
Who it's for
Safari first-timers, photographers, honeymooners after a beach-and-bush combo, and MICE planners wanting an authentic African destination.
Best time to visit
July to October for the Great Migration in the Mara, and January to February for Amboseli and the coast. Long rains in April–May make tracks tough; short rains in November are usually no obstacle.
Big Five game drives, hot-air balloon at sunrise, and (July–October) the Great Migration river crossings.
Iconic elephant herds with Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop.
Boat safaris with hippos, walking and cycling among giraffes and zebras.
White-sand Indian Ocean coast — kitesurfing, dhow cruises, and Tsavo East day-trips.
Giraffe Centre, David Sheldrick elephant orphanage, Karen Blixen, and the Nairobi National Park inside the city limits.
