Eros Africa

Terms & Conditions

Our booking policy.

These terms govern the standard packages and reservations confirmed through Eros Africa. Bespoke proposals and group contracts may carry additional terms, set out separately in your booking confirmation.

This page summarises our standard booking policy. The full long-form Terms & Conditions document is available on request — email info@erosafrica.com if you need a copy for procurement records.

  1. Clause 01

    Rates & currency

All rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and are based on a per-person sharing basis unless otherwise stated. Packages are based on promotional rates and free-sale inventory; pricing will vary at the time of booking depending on travel dates and availability.

  2. Clause 02

    Reservations & availability

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Standard room types apply unless an upgrade has been quoted and accepted in writing. Eros Africa reserves the right to withdraw any offer without notice.

  3. Clause 03

    Blackout dates

Blackout dates apply. Rates are not valid during major events, exhibitions, public holidays, or peak season periods. Affected bookings will be re-quoted at the prevailing market rate.

  4. Clause 04

    Payment terms

Full payment must reflect in our bank account before check-in so that we can deliver seamless service to your guest. Bookings without confirmed payment are not guaranteed.

  5. Clause 05

    Tourism Dirham & local taxes

For UAE stays, the Tourism Dirham (and any equivalent local tourism levy in other destinations) is payable by the guest directly to the hotel upon check-out. These charges are not included in our quoted package rates.

  6. Clause 06

    Visa services

UAE visa services and the full schedule of visa-related terms (charges, processing times, cancellations, overstay liability) are governed by our visa terms. Refer to our visa requirements page for the full schedule.

  7. Clause 07

Force majeure & limitation of liability

Eros Africa shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure, delay, modification, or cancellation of travel arrangements resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, war, strikes, government restrictions, border closures, or public health emergencies. In the event of such an occurrence, any refunds, rescheduling, or travel credits will be strictly subject to the specific terms, conditions, and recovery policies of our independent third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, and local transport operators), less any non-refundable administrative or operational expenses incurred by Eros Africa. Partners and travelers are strongly advised to maintain comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against these unpredictable global events.

Last updated: May 2026. Eros Africa Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Bookings made before an update are governed by the version in effect at the time of confirmation.
