• Clear coloured scanned passport biodata page (valid for at least 6 months from date of travel).
• Passport cover page.
• Clear passport-size photo (white background).
• Accommodation voucher.
• Return flight ticket.
• Father’s and Mother’s full names.
• Marriage certificate (for couples).

Helpful but optional:

• Six-month bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 4,000 (share if available).
• Police clearance certificate (for adults) — share if available.

If the visa application is rejected by the Department of Naturalization and Residence in the UAE, charges are non-refundable. Eros Africa reserves the right to change its charges at any time without prior notice.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Visa applications submitted by Eros Africa Visa Service take approximately 3 to 4 working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Tourist visas are issued by the UAE Immigration Authorities to Eros Africa.
• Eros Africa shall report any overstay by clients to the immigration authorities and takes no responsibility for any clients that overstay in the UAE.
• Eros Africa Limited reserves the right not to offer visa service without giving a reason.
• In case of an overstay or absconding, the agent will be liable to pay Eros Africa a fee of $1,565 to clear the overstay with UAE Immigration.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Department of Naturalization and Residence in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into the UAE. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of UAE Immigration.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
