Sharjah visa — documents, fees, and processing time.

• Clear scanned passport biodata page (valid at least 6 months at time of travel).
• Clear passport-size photo on a white background.
• Clear scanned passport cover page (both / full pages).
• Birth certificates (minors below 18 years).
• Accommodation voucher.
• Return flight ticket.
• Father’s and mother’s names.
• Marriage certificates (couples).
• Six months’ bank statements with a USD 4,000 minimum balance.

Helpful but optional:

• Police clearance certificate (adults) — not mandatory, but share if available.

• 30 Days Single Entry: 14 working days. Includes a $266 refundable guarantee deposit.
• Kenyan nationals under 40 — 30 Days Single Entry: 10 working days. Add $376 pre-approval charges. After approval the guest must visit the Dubai Embassy in Kenya for visa stamping (approved visa copy, hotel booking, travel ticket, 6-month bank statement with USD 4,000 minimum). We book the appointment; the embassy stamps the visa after verification.

If the visa application is rejected, charges are non-refundable. The $266 guarantee deposit is refundable on the standard 30-day visa.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Standard Sharjah 30-day visas take approximately 14 working days. Applications for Kenyan nationals under 40 take approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Tourist visas are issued by the UAE Immigration Authorities to Eros Africa.
• Eros Africa shall report any overstay by clients to the immigration authorities and takes no responsibility for clients that overstay in the UAE.
• Eros Africa Limited reserves the right not to offer visa service without giving a reason.
• In case of an overstay or absconding, the agent will be liable to pay Eros Africa a fee of $1,565 to clear the overstay with UAE Immigration.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Sharjah Immigration Department and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into Sharjah. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of immigration authorities.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
