• Passport scanned copy (first and last page), at least 6 months’ validity and 3 blank pages. Max 2 MB; JPG, PNG or TIFF.
• Applicant photograph — scanned copy.
• Return flight ticket showing travel out of Zambia.
• Cover letter to the Director General of Immigration.
• Accommodation or hotel address and contact details.

If the visa application is rejected by the Zambian Immigration Department, charges are non-refundable.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Visa applications submitted to Immigration take approximately 2 to 3 working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Tourist visas are issued by the Zambian Immigration Authorities.
• A visa is required prior to entry into the Republic of Zambia.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Zambia Immigration Department.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Possession of a visa is not the final authority to enter the Republic of Zambia.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
