Schengen visa — documents, fees, and processing time.

• Letter of introduction from an employer, or business registration documents if self-employed.
• Original passport.
• Clear passport-size photo.
• Marriage certificate if available.
• Children’s birth certificates if any.
• Property ownership document copies (logbooks and land title deeds).
• 3 months’ bank statements with a balance above USD 3,500.

• As per itinerary: 20 working days. Guest pays about €90 (KES 13,500) plus a visa-centre service fee (about KES 5,000) at the counter.

Counter fees are paid at the embassy or visa centre in addition to Eros Africa’s fee. If the visa application is rejected, charges are non-refundable.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Schengen visa applications typically take approximately 20 working days after the embassy or visa-centre appointment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Schengen visas are issued by the competent member-state consulate.
• A visa is required prior to entry for nationalities that are not visa-exempt.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the relevant Schengen member-state consulate and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into the Schengen Area. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of immigration authorities.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
