This is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country.​

Documents required to process Visa

• Clear colored scanned passport biodata page (valid for at least 6 months from date of travel)

• Passport cover page

• Clear passport-size photo (white background)

• Accommodation voucher

• Return flight ticket

• Father’s and Mother’s full names

• Marriage certificate (for couples)

• Six-month bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 4,000 or an active bank statement – not mandatory, but share if available in case requested to attach

• Police clearance certificate (for adults) – not mandatory, but share if available in case requested to attach

Visa Application

       Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

 

 

Visa Charges

• 30 Days Single Entry $110

• 30 Days Malti Entry $200

• 60 Days Single Entry $200

• 60 Days Multi Entry $250

• Transit Visa $70

• A2A 60 Days Visa $450

• In the event that the visa application is rejected by the Department of Naturalization and Residence in UAE charges are non-refundable. 

• Eros Africa reserves the right to change at any time its charges without prior notice to the Agent

 

 

Cancellations of Visa

        Visa fee in the event of cancellation or No-Show are non-refundable.

 

 

Visa Processing Timeline

• Visa applications submitted by Eros Africa Visa Service takes approximately 3 to 4   working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges will apply for urgent visa applications.

• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility whatsoever to any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

 

 

Visa Conditions

• The Tourist Visas are issued by the UAE immigration authorities to Eros Africa  

• Eros Africa shall report any overstay by clients to the immigration Authorities and    

       takes no responsibility for any Clients that overstay in the UAE.​​

• Eros Africa Limited reserves the right not to offer Visa Service without giving a reason. 

• In case of an Overstay or Abscondation, the agent will be liable to pay Eros Africa a fee of $1,565. Soas to clear the overstay with UAE Immigration.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• The issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Department of Naturalization and Residence in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.

• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into the UAE. As with immigration Authorities in other countries, entry is at the ultimate discretion of the UAE Immigration Authorities.

• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure that visa conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions and by UAE laws and regulations are still valid at the time of travel to the UAE.
