Helpful but optional:

• Previous China visa (required if the guest has travelled to China before).

• Normal Service (90 Days): 10 working days. Facilitation KES 20,000 if the guest has previous travel history to China; KES 25,000 if not.
• Express Service (90 Days): 2 working days.

Embassy fees are paid at the consulate in addition to the facilitation fee. If the visa application is rejected, charges are non-refundable.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

Visa fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

• Normal service takes approximately 10 working days. Express service takes approximately 2 working days after the embassy appointment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Tourist visas are issued by the China Immigration Authorities.
• A visa is required prior to entry into China.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the China Immigration Department and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into China. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of immigration authorities.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
