What this experience involves.

The Carnivore in Langata has been a Nairobi institution since 1980 — a massive open-air boma where huge cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and game meats roast on Maasai swords over charcoal pits and are carved tableside until you raise the white flag of surrender.
