• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges apply for urgent applications.
• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility for any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

• Tourist visas are issued by the Kenya Immigration Authorities.
• Each adult visitor to the Republic of Kenya is required to submit eVisa applications in their personal eCitizen account. Parents can apply for their children in the parents’ account.
• A visa is required prior to entry into the Republic of Kenya.

• Issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Kenya Immigration Department and cannot be guaranteed by Eros Africa Limited.
• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into Kenya. Entry is at the ultimate discretion of immigration authorities.
• The issued visa becomes invalid if the information on the visa changes. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure visa conditions remain valid at the time of travel.
