This is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country.​

Documents required to process Visa

• Clear colored scanned passport biodata page (valid for at least 6 months from date of travel)

• Passport cover page

• Clear passport-size photo (white background)

• Accommodation voucher

• Return flight ticket

• Father’s and Mother’s full names

• Marriage certificate (for couples)

• Six-month bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 4,000 or an active bank statement – not mandatory, but share if available in case requested to attach

• Police clearance certificate (for adults) – not mandatory, but share if available in case requested to attach

• 30 Days Single Entry

• 60 Days Single Entry

 

Visa Application

       Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

 

 

Visa Charges

• 30 Days Single Entry - $480

• 60 Days Single Entry - $500

• Includes $266 guarantee refundable deposit

• In the event that visa application is rejected by the Sharjah Immigration Department the charges are non-refundable. 

 

 

Cancellations of Visa

        Visa fee in the event of cancellation or No-Show are non-refundable.

 

 

Visa Processing Timeline

• Visa applications submitted to the Immigration takes approximately 2 to 3   working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

• Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges will apply for urgent visa applications.

• Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility whatsoever to any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

 

 

Visa Conditions

• The Tourist Visas are issued by the UAE immigration authorities to Eros Africa

• Eros Africa shall report any overstay by clients to the immigration Authorities and takes no responsibility for any Clients that overstay in the UAE.​​

• Eros Africa Limited reserves the right not to offer Visa Service without giving a reason.

• In case of an Overstay or Abscondation, the agent will be liable to pay Eros Africa a fee of $1,565. Soas to clear the overstay with UAE Immigration.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• The issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Sharjah Immigration Department.

• Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The possession of an Visa is not the final Authority to enter Sharjah

• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
