Important Information

  • This is a booking voucher only in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.

  • Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purpose

  • You need to report direct at the location 20 minutes before the Tour time if the Without transfer option is been selected

  • There is transfer option also available for this Tour. If you select the with transfer at the time of your Booking

  • Participants must be minimum 15 kg to participate in this activity

  • Infants are not allowed for this activity. Children over 3 years can participate in this activity. 

  • Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the Tour.

Cancellation Policy

  • This experience cannot be cancelled, amended or rescheduled.

  • Children under 5 years are not allowed for this activity

  • Children between age 5 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

  • Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
