However, you need to opt for this service if you need us to pick you up and drop you back at your hotel or residence in Sharjah.

Important Information

  • Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets downloaded from our Website which also needs to be presented at the Entrance to gain the entry.

  • The UAE Residence offer is for the Residents of UAE Only. All guests will be required to present a valid Resident ID at the ticketing gate to redeem this offer.

  • For each valid UAE Resident ID shown, a maximum of 3 tickets per park for the day can be redeemed.

  • Refunds are not available in any circumstances.

Child Policy

  • Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

  • Children between age 2 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
